Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide evidence of damaged, spoiled, or improperly thawed products through clear photos showing the condition upon delivery, temperature readings if applicable, and the original order confirmation number within 24 hours of receipt.

If your refund is accepted, we will credit the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Beef Returns
We don’t accept returns—mainly because the Post Office would come after us with pitchforks if you shipped raw meat without the right precautions. Trust us, it’s not a pretty situation (and nobody wants a leaking box of ribeye showing up at their local post office).

But here’s the thing: we stand behind every cut we ship. If your order isn’t right, something went wrong in transit, or you’re not satisfied for any reason, we want to hear about it. We back our beef—and our customers. You won’t get radio silence from us.
